It is the mini version of the most sought after Samsung Galaxy S3 and this shrunken version of S3 was announced in November 2012 and received a warm welcome form the mobile geeks. Design and display

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini hits the market with 4 inches AMOLED WVGA having a bit curved display. Its weight is just 120g and has a dimension of 122.5x63x9.9mm. It is stylish and sleek phone that is easy to carry around or keep in pocket. Its plastic casing has no air of cheapness in fact, gives a better response to drops, glitches and jerks. The plastic body is made so wise that it enhances the aesthetic values of the Smartphone. Power button lies on the left side while the volume key is on the right side of the phone. The menu and back buttons sits on either side of the home key. Face of Samsung galaxy S3 Mini has just front facing camera and speakers that enhances the functionality and beauty of this handsome handset.

Performance and interface

Samsung Galaxy S3 has user friendly interface and its touch is highly responsive. The interesting thing is that it has an apt and competent 1GHz dual core processor with 1GB RAM which smoothly runs a variety of apps supported by Android Jelly Bean. It gives marvelous speed for internet and apps browsing. It has a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and a front VGA camera for skypeing and video chatting. It has video recording of 30 fps.  Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini is available either with 8GB or 16GB memory which is extendable up to 32 GB and has 1500mAh battery. Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi work flawlessly. It has pre-installed Gmail, Google+ and Gtalk as well.

Call and messaging:

Like its predecessors Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini has elite call quality and is entirely free from interruption and noise at both ends. Call logs show the complete detail of missed calls, received calls and dialed calls. The responsive touch screen of Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini offers a great delight in messaging. The messages have a thread view and supports MMS, Push mail, Email, RSS and IM.
