We witnessed some revolutionary games rolling out this year such as Dishonored, the Halo 4, Assassin’s Creed 3, Mass Effect 3 and other intriguing gaming titles.

Grand Theft Auto V

This perhaps tops the list of the most anticipated games of 2013. A game known for its synergetic clashes, loots, burglaries and limitless open-world freedom to carry out and perform player intended in-game tasks is all set to come back as GTAV. Developed and published by Rockstar games, this version of the title will revolve around the streets of Los Santos with a comprehensive collection of cars, enhanced player abilities and more compelling storyline and concepts. Carrying loads of expectations on its shoulders, the game will reportedly roll out in the second quarter of 2013.

Tomb Raider

Developed by Crystal Dynamics, the game revolves around the life and times of Lara Croft. It illustrates the evolution of Lara from being a timid young girl to a rugged survivor with killer instincts. The game is developed with a view to bring out the way the protagonist learns about life and its ugly truth. This dramatic storyline with amazing artworks and visuals is a must watch, the game is expected to be released on March 5, 2013.

Crysis 3

Set in the year 2047, this futuristic game revolves around the protagonist ‘Prophet’, who returns to New York only to realize that the city has been encased in a casing developed by the corrupt and distorted Cell Corporation. With the streets resembling a swamp with over-grown trees and dense terrains, the hero sets out on an avenging mission to discover the underlying truth behind the quarantine and restore the original face of the ever-alive city of New York. Developed by Crytek Studios, the game is expected to hit the console in the second Quarter of 2013.

Gears of War: Judgment

Brought out by Epic Games and People Can Fly, the game is set to roll out as the fourth title in the franchise. The game is set on events before the original trilogy and is based on the repercussions of the Emergence Day. Claimed to be the most intense of the saga yet, the plot revolves around the Kilo Squad, as they take on some ruthless enemies to save their city of Halvo Bay. The game also includes an exciting multiplayer mode with a gripping game play feature, sure to glue gamers to their seats. Expected date of release is March, 2013.

Injustice – Gods among Us

From the makers of Mortal Kombat, comes yet another thrilling title that makes an attempt to draw a distinction between good and bad, God and Evil! The game involves some of the all time favorite characters from the DC comics and is set in a time, when the definition of good and evil was unclear. The game boasts of some legendary battles and combat mechanics. Also, the game depicts our favorite comic heroes losing their commitment and devotion towards integrity and equity as they take the side of Injustice and fight for it! Expected date of release is April, 2013.

So, these were some of the most expected Xbox 360 games for 2013. Also in the lineup is God of War: Ascension, BioShock Infinite and Dead Space 3, which have attracted similar levels of anticipation from gamers throughout the world.
